Gilles Le Duigou - Savate Training Seminar -18th february 2006

Cambridge Academy of Martial Arts® hosted a seminar with Gilles Le Duigou and Laure Iacono. The gym was full as savateurs from clubs in Cambridge, Guildford, London, Oxford and Dorset were joined by martial artists from other disciplines interested to see a world class trainer.

Some of the people who attended the day:

Gilles le DUIGOU was a trainer at the famous Choisy le Roi club (near Paris) from 1979 to 2001. Whilst there, he produced many French, European and World Champions. Gilles was a top competitor in his own right too. He won the French Championship in 1985 and the European Championship in 1986.

Gilles was assisted through the seminar by Laure IACONO - the current 52/56k Savate Assaut Female Vice Champion of France.
