Grading & Instructor Training - Cambridge - 6th April 2008
The first GBSF training and grading day of 2008 was held at The Leys School, Cambridge, in April.
The day included training in Savate, preparation for grading tests, Savate Defence and La Canne. Several trainee instructors were present, assisting with the training and on grading panels, under the supervision of senior instructors.
In total, around 36 people from 6 different clubs attended. Thirty grading tests took place over five glove levels, with twenty five passes. The highest level gained on the day was Yellow Glove with two successful candidates - one from Cambridge and one from London. Results are shown below...
